We're committed to giving our customers an enjoyable online shopping experience, and we're happy to accept returns for store credit within 30 days from the delivery date. Unfortunately, earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition. 
• In all original packaging. ​

​HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY​​

Put your jewelry on as a "finishing touch", HYMI pieces are a worthy investment, and a bit of extra care and love will help maximize its lifespan and preserve its shininess. 

• Avoid exposure to water, perfumes, alcohol or any other substances.
• Remove your jewelry when bathing or swimming. Avoid contact with chlorine, sand and saltwater.
• Do not wear them to do any exercises that will cause you to sweat a lot.
• Take them off before sleep to avoid accidental damage.

Measure an existing ring

1. Select an existing ring that fits the desired finger.

2. Measure the internal diameter of the ring (in mm).

3. Use the below chart to determine your ring size.

In case you're between two sizes, we recommend going bigger.

If you already know your country's ring size, you can also convert it with the chart below.  

Measure your finger

1. Wrap a strip of paper around your finger where you’d like your ring to be.

2. Make sure that the paper is pulled snug to your finger, the tighter the better, to find your best fit.

3. Mark the spot where the paper meets and measure the distance with a ruler (mm).

4. Use the below chart to determine your ring size.
